1. Grant
   You may download and use this SAMPLE pack solely for:
   - internal evaluation and non-commercial research;
   - evaluating a potential pilot, API, or commercial license with Silicon Capital.

2. Restrictions
   You may NOT, without a separate written commercial license:
   - redistribute, sublicense, or resell the data (in whole or part);
   - use the data to train, fine-tune, distill, or evaluate machine learning /
     foundation models for a product you sell or host for third parties;
   - embed the data in a competing terminal, data feed, or multi-tenant SaaS;
   - scrape, bulk-mirror, or rehost the pack as a public dataset;
   - remove this license notice.

3. Model training
   Model training, fine-tuning, synthetic generation for commercial models, and
   inclusion in public training corpora are NOT granted under this sample license.

4. No warranty
   SAMPLE DATA IS PROVIDED "AS IS" FOR DEMONSTRATION. Scorecards and institutional
